Joe Vacca

As a seasoned CRO, Joe has utilized his experience to provide small and medium-sized businesses strategies to scale quickly and efficiently. At Ringbolt, he is responsible for the identification of new investments, oversight of sales and marketing strategies, as well as ideation and executive mentoring.

Joe Vacca is one of the founders and Managing Partners of Ringbolt Capital, a private investment firm focused on growth equity and buyout transactions. With over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Joe has held executive positions in a number of high-growth public and private companies, including Revature, Intersections, and EduCap.

Joe is a subject matter expert in brand creation, product ideation, and digital marketing for both B2B and B2C businesses. He specializes in emerging sectors in Technology, Financial Services, and Information Security. He has a number of patents and has received his MBA in Management from Frostburg State University and a BS in Marketing from Shepherd University.

At Ringbolt Capital, Joe brings a wealth of marketing and branding solutions to every company he works with. His expertise is transferable to any company, and he is able to quickly evaluate, design, and execute marketing strategies for maximum growth across a broad spectrum of industries. Browning's Projects

Browning Herbert

Browning is the Managing Director of Ringbolt Capital, and brings over 15 years of Business Development and Finance experience to the Executive Team. His experience as a Senior Sales Manager in Commercial Banking and time as an Acquisition Manager in Private Equity provide a unique perspective and skill set for acquisitions and structured finance for portfolio companies. Browning has specialized in creating financing solutions for small to medium-sized business owners to ensure ideal financing and financing structures are in place. Browning graduated from Elon University with a BS in Business Management and a Minor in Economics, and has a certification in Bank Management from the Virginia Bankers Association.

As a Managing Director, Browning is dedicated to working with business owners to determine the most efficient way to structure a company’s capital needs to meet their growth objectives while maintaining strong operating efficiency. Browning is able to quickly analyze financials of a company to determine how to deploy capital efficiently to enable scale. His private equity experience provides the ability to partner with acquired companies to find additional add-on acquisitions, and position holding companies with an exit strategy attractively to the broader market.​

Cynthia Vallina

Principal at The Vallina Group, which is a DC based Consultancy, Ms. Vallina served the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget for more than 30 years as a Senior Program Analyst for budget, management & procurement. There she provided budget and procurement expertise on Department of Energy headquarter management programs, in the offices of CFO, CIO, Human Capital, Acquisition, Capital Asset & Facility Management, and the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). She also supported the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) by leading government-wide acquisition initiatives, such as performance contracting, past performance, energy efficiency and green purchasing.

 

Hiten Chadha

Hiten is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Financial Services, and Government. As the Vice President for Technology Practices at Cherokee Federal, he oversees technology solutions, delivery excellence, and c-suite advisory.   

Before joining Cherokee Federal, Hiten served in executive leadership roles at AWS and IBM. As Global Senior Practice Leader, Federal Financials at AWS, Chadha built a long-term plan to support customers’ digital transformation and cloud adoption. Furthermore, he has built and led sophisticated teams of hundreds of employees, earning distinguished awards for leadership and structuring practices to generate substantial year-over-year growth.

April Garvey

Advisor April has 25 years of high growth Marketing and Product experience, working with both large and small businesses from Citibank and General Motors to Kanoodle, an early start-up search engine. She is currently the SVP of Marketing at Revature, the leading technology talent provider in the US. Previously, April owned and operated a private Marketing consultancy, working with a diverse mix of consumer brands such as Rosetta Stone, Georgia Pacific, GMAT, Equifax, Walmart, Kaplan, and The Great Courses. April has consulted on many award-winning projects throughout her career, most notably, launching one of the very first online banks in 1998, creating the digital experience for Rosetta Stone, and launching a digital subscription-based learning app for The Teaching Company, which was named by Time as one of the best mobile apps. In her spare time, April is a Web Awards judge in Australia, leads several local community service groups, and has an 11-year-old daughter to keep her on her toes. 

Doug Moran

Award-winning and best-selling author Doug Moran founded If You Will Lead, LLC in 2009, to foster leadership development and growth through executive coaching, consulting, training, and motivational speaking.  Doug believes fervently that everyone has the capacity to be a leader.  He is passionate about helping those who choose to lead by fostering the skills and competencies necessary to do so powerfully and effectively.  Doug has helped leaders around the world achieve their goals and recognize their leadership potential.
Doug is the co-founder of The CoHero Institute, the creator and provider of the CoHero Collaborative Leadership Profile Assessments.

Chris Ginder

Advisor Christopher Ginder serves as a Regional Vice President of Federal Civilian Sales at Elastic, an open-source search platform aimed at enterprises seeking to unlock insights from data from any source and allow users to take action. In this role Chris is accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, key vendors, prime integrators, and vertical partners. His is focused on providing clarity, direction, accountability and education to the Civilian field sales team for Elastic. Prior to this role, Chris was the Regional Director of Federal Civilian Sales at NetApp US Public Sector, and was responsible for NetApp’s Civilian federal organization as well as their federal healthcare vertical.  Chris joined NetApp in 2007 and held multiple leadership roles across the federal business unit.  Prior to joining NetApp, Chris held sales and marketing positions at companies such as Dell, OpenText, and Adobe, focused on the public sector and enterprise markets, and has been in the IT industry since 1995.  Chris holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Georgetown University.  

Daniel Doherty

Dan Doherty is a former Big Four National Managing Partner with 38 years of experience guiding the creation of future-ready, customer-centric organizations. His expertise spans process improvement, technology integration, and data analytics, resulting in the transformation of organizations into customer-centric, digitally-enabled enterprises.

Notably, at KPMG, Dan led pioneering initiatives that revitalized the Advisory practice, introduced best practices in business development and account management. Most recently, he led KPMG’s digital transformation. With a focus on leveraging technology, data, and cross-functional collaboration, he achieved significant improvements in service quality, business insights and efficiency.

Prior to KPMG, Dan played pivotal roles at Arthur Andersen, serving the many of the largest Consumer Products and Life Sciences companies in the Midwest. With a BS in Accounting from DePaul University and a CPA license in New York, Dan’s contributions have left an indelible mark on the realms of business development and organizational transformation.
